All custom orders require minimum 2 weeks notice based on availability. It is recommended to order 3-4 weeks in advance. Rush fees may apply for last minute custom orders

• Candy Apple orders can not be accepted with less than 7 days notice. No exceptions.

• Include the following details in your inquiry: Date of Event, Date of Pick Up/Delivery, Theme, Colours, Desserts Needed, Quantity,

• Please review & confirm the order date, items purchased, and notes on your invoice before sending in payment

• All payments can be sent to payment@sweetplugto.com. Always include your email and invoice # in the memo notes of the eTransfer.

• If your order includes any photos or custom edible images, please send pictures to orderdetails@sweetplugto.com

​

• All orders require 50% deposit in order to be confirmed. This amount will be deducted from your balance. Balance is due before or at time of pick up.

​

• All cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 2 week notice are non refundable. Remaining deposits can be saved for a later date.
