• Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada within 1-3 business days via Canada Post or Fed Ex

• Shipping rates are calculated by weight and size at checkout before payment. Shipments within Canada are sent by Canada Post.

• We offer International Shipping to anywhere outside of Canada. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and size at checkout.​

• Customs charges may apply on international shipments. These fees are to be paid by the customer to shipping agent.

• GTA local delivery orders are delivered by a third party courier. You will receive tracking and confirmation prior to your delivery.

• LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS FOR GIFT ITEMS: Please make sure someone is available to accept your delivery. Our drivers have been instructed to never leave gift items at doorstep unless requested by the customer. You may be required to pay a second delivery fee in case of an undelivered item.

• While we strongly encourage our customers to make sure someone is available to accept the delivery, gift items can still be left at doorstep upon request. We are not responsible for missing or damaged items if customer requests "Leave At Door" delivery.
